does anyone have the piece of the window that bolts the actual window to the regulator.. if someone could find a diagram for an e30 door i could show you the part..

Like the metal things on the bottom of the door glass in this diagram??
If so, they're damn near impossible to get off the glass, most of the time they are glued on. Also, there are 2 different types depending on the MFG date of your car, before or after 03/88.

Replace the door, seriously.
I tried for a very long time to remove the motor and mechanisn and they just don't come out nicely.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

i got mine out just fine, you just need skills
unbolt everything first, then roll the window down, and remove glass, remove window motorComment
