I got mine from Vines Automotive a few years ago for $150 shipped. You might try them (google Vines) or car-part.com

I THINK asubimmer has already gotten a pan and swapped in the motor, but I may be wrong.

Nonetheless, you'll have no problem selling your pan in the For Sale forum. The prices on these have gone up at the dealers, and the demand is always there since these swaps are becoming more and more common.
