    WTB: Bosch Motorsport MS4 Sport

As the title says, looking for anyone that has an in with someone who has a Bosch Motorsport number and can get their hands on the MS4 Sport ECU. I know it's going to run me about 2500 but I am looking to get my hands on it and have someone who can order it and the software about the middle/beginning of July. If you've never heard of this ECU, I suggest you check it out, it's abilities are amazing.

I thought about MS at first, then VEMS, then AEM, and now this. This just seams like it is the best system that has the things that I want and the speed/reliability of an oem unit, or better.

          Get with McCoy/techno550 on BFC.

You can spend a million dollars on your ECU, it's still only as good as your tune. No point in buying a pro quality ECU and then letting a n00b tune it.

I've talked to McCoy/Techno, he's the guy that recommended it to me. If you buy the ECU, you get the software with it. I think the list price for it (on the Bosch website) is lie 1900 euros, so like 2300 usd.

I see no mention of valve timing control, or am I missing something here?

On the ultra high end systems, they have multi function outputs, you program them to activate above/below rpm/temp/tps/etc.

So thats okay for something like VTEC which is basically a switch, but what about VANOS?

I know Motec and Autronic make a lot of noise about having the ability to control it, and they're both a shit tonne more expensive.

Vanos on US motors just requires one switched signal to activate the one solenoid.

It's more complicated on dual vanos motors like euro S50s, but a few standalones can still handle it.
