WTB: Z3 m52 Aluminum Short block VA

Looking for a z3 2.8 aluminum shortblock, just the bare block, or complete engine.
Looking to spend around $500.
It has to be an m52 single vanos, not an m52tu.
Same as what .Tom. has/had for sale. He has a sale pending and he's also across the country. I'm in VA beach.

Honestly doubtful if you will find one in that price range. You might want to do a www.car-part.com search to see what prices are like.

But you could do a few tard searchs if they are near 95 they might have a good supply of accident/insurance wrecks.

Cool thanks for the link, I'm not super firm on the price. The guy .Tom. was selling one for $600. So if anyone has one, I encourage them to post it of course.
I submitted a search on car part, so we' will see if anything turns up.
