Why did it freeze up? Rockers/valves are good? Cam is good? Not warped?

I got it that way. I happens when you pull a head an it sits out in the open for a long time. The oil drains out of the cam berrings an lets a bit of humid air in an a small amount of rus sticks form on the outter edges of each berring an glues the cam to the cam carrier. Once you get the rockers out just knock the cam out hit the berring lobes with a supper fine emery paper to get the rust spots off an reinstall every thing with a good assembly lube an all will be well. I have done it twice.

As far as I know its all good I bought to rebuild for my turbo motor but just never got around to an now I am going to be moveing soon so I have lots of stuff I need to get rid of.

I got a couple of bare heads with valves, few boxes of rockers and hardware.

What exactly do you need and what are you going to do with it? (i.e. rebild, slapp it on and drive etc)
