Vert specific passenger side vent window

I had my car broken into last night and I need this window. I know it might be alittle hard to get out but I have gotten a qoute for over $350.00 for this little window.

So please help me out, I need the window shipped to 43201..at least its not the big one.

I also need a HVAC panel if you have one on the el cheapo side.

I am having a company come out and change it tomorrow. Theire original qoute was $150 but they accidentally forgot to call me back about getting the glass used to for them to come out and install new glass is going to be $115. Which isn't bad considering most "in" shop services were up around $160-180
