My bolt broke due to rust...need a replacement tray including the bolt. Anybody in Bellingham have this?

An unlucky E30 I came across in Rotterdam, Holland -
Is the bolt broken off in it, or the threads are just stripped in the tray part? My fix was to get a bolt and weld it to the stripped insert from the underside, then just put a nut on the topside with a clamp to hold the battery.sigpic -
the bolt broke off...I ended up prying off the metal piece that has the threaded holes in it. I'm sure I could rig something up, I was just hoping to find a replacement for cheap before going that route.sigpic
