Looking for an E30 driveshaft in ATL

I am doing a auto to manual swap in an 89 325 and can not find a driveshaft.

Does anyone know what other driveshafts will work other than the 87-91 326i/is manual driveshaft?

If you happen to have one please PM me. I been to a several junk yards and nothing has shown up.

Well that is the driveshaft that you need ....any manual 6cyl E30 from 84-92 will work .
However, the later Eta (325e) driveshafts will use a different sized guibo (flex disc) that might not match up with your tranny's output flange .
Depends on what tranny you are using .

Also the mid 88 and down cars will have a different sized center support bearing that you'd have to swap for the smaller later one .

If you seriously can't locate one in Atlanta, which I highly doubt, then give Vines in Alabama a call as they are pretty close as well .

        Strictly German .
Thats the name of the place
its in Braselton really close to Road ATL, its a damn BMW graveyard, you find find almost anything for an E30 there if it isn't stripped out already.
I dont have their number with me but search for them, you'll find it.

        Second option
Bimmerforums.com and go to the regional SE and go to GEORGIA.

Strictly German was the first place I looked. Everything is 318 or 325 auto. They do have one still on a car, but it is rebuildable car and not being parted yet.

Did you go inside and look or did you just walk around the yard? If you go in the far left bay there are about 100 driveshafts hanging up and piled up. Bobbby doesn't know what he has, because he has so much. I went there looking for an e46 bumper rebar and a/c condensor. He said he didn't have any. I looked around and found multiple condensors, and a rebar.

I agree. I was at Pull A Part yesterday and I think they had 13 E30's. Gotta have the right driveshaft I would think.

-I have been to the Pull A Part on the south side but there was no good manual driveshafts.

-Went to Strictly German today, but only found the front half of once. I know all rears should be the same so I took it home.

Some people have said you can mis-match different driveshafts and others have told me not to. If they are both zero balanced, it should not matter. Anyone have an opinion on this???
