i have the tranny from my 88 528e super eta, the gears were PERFECT, no grinding or anything. i wrecked the car
it needs all new seals, selector shaft, input and output shaft seals, and you have a "perfect" transmission.

im not sure if they interchange however, i brought up both of these:

it says they are both 260/5 but then the letters after that are different.
Obviously they will bolt up to the engine but im not sure if one is longer than the other or if everything bolts up to it, then again im no drivetrain guru.

I'm pretty sure mbonder has a transmission hes selling. no idea what condition its in though.
