    e30 wheel bearing/hood.

Hi I'm looking for some OEM 87 325E rear wheel bearings.
And a new Carbon Fiber OEM spec hood. I'm not looking too spend all that much on these two things.

Does anyone have any recommendations on where to obtain these things?
Me and my buddy are hitting up Autobahn early this week to see if they would have these in stock. ya know just pricing e-dirty parts.

Uh. You want NEW wheel bearings. Get them from BMAParts.com.

You're going to have to buy the CF hood new, most likely. They don't come up for sale all that often.

        Carbon fiber hood?

You should buy new wheel bearings and my parts car for the 5 speed. Just a thought.

Never heard of Carbon Fiber? also called graphite fiber. It has the highest compressive strength of all the reinforcing materials (composites)
Also how many miles has the tran been through?
OMFG a misinterpretation sets all the troll's torches on fire! :tsk:

I dunno what gave of the impression that I wanted used parts.
I rather have IES3 springs but they're not going to appear out of fat air.

I'm on board with what carbon fiber is, no worries. If you are serious about the transmission PM me and we could work something out for a great price. It has about 164,000 on it and shifts flawless.

Autobahn Parts is a San Diego based BMW dismantler.

                They sell used parts.

I had the intention of ordering the bearing online, but I'd settle for slightly used one if it was in supreme condition at Autobahn.

I hate European repair places that think the customer is complete artard.
I went to on the same street in my house to inquire about an estimate on 1 rear bearing.

When the sloppy greaser was pricing it on his obsolete PC, it showed it to be $35 for a FAG bearing. He turned around and told me $90 for a bearing. and then $350 for install.

also I only want the tranny unless you have a solid I head. Is the tranny a stock getrag?
