wtb: throttle cable odds and ends, fan temp switch, 318iS

I need a couple small odd parts. sooner the better

From the below picture I need #15 and #16. You probably will have to cut the end of the cable off to get them off.



I also need a fan temp switch with the pigtail. Or just the pigtail and I can get a lower temp switch from pelican or something. I need something that turns on at 80C or so. Just a single speed fan.
