Kellie has a pair of tan vinyl E30 Cabrio/E30 M3 seats for sale. It costs about $200 each to have them re-done in black vinyl here locally at one of the best upholstery shops on the West Coast. The heating elements can be added while the seats are apart for upholstery.

I have a black set off my E30 M3, they are in nice condition. I just installed SRD's. Not looking to sell, but for the right price I might. And yes, they are heated.
