Stock Chip (not full ECU - just the chip)

So - did you upgrade your chip in your ECU? Want to make a couple bucks?

I run in Spec E30 - I have a 173 ECU with the stock chip installed in the car. I also have a spare 173 ECU with the 93 octane, 7000K Mark D chip. I love the car with the Mark D chip, but it is illegal in Spec E30.

I want to have a functioning spare laying around - so I want to take the upgaded ECU back to stock. I think I'll keep the Mark D chip around for fun weekends on the track, but I would hate to be stuck without an ECU if something were to happen.

Anyone want to sell me just their old chip for cheap? If not, do you want to trade your functioning 173 with a stock chip for mine with the Mark D? I paid $229 for the chip.

Done. BTW - Alex - I know you - don't know if you remember - Mid Ohio about 2 years ago. I was from Cleveland back then. You showed up with a nice enclosed trailer and I teched your car on a Friday night in the hotel parking lot. Moved to Florida since. :)

I was going to keep it around for track days - are these no longer available from Mark? I loved the chip, but "rules are rules", ya know?

How much would you offer for the chip only? With building a racecar, you are always looking to stem the tide of outward flowing cash! :)

By the way, I am pretty sure it only works with the 173 ECU, which is the common one in later 325i and 325is cars
