three spoke for sure, doesnt matter if its the sport or mtech. condition doesnt matter as long as there are no holes in it (you never know)

im honestly looking to spend around 20 right now, so it'll have to be a sports wheel. im in dallas tx so if you nearby we can arrange a meet up. otherwise let me know what you got. again, the condition doesnt matter as long as the over all wheen and vinyl or whatever is all there.
