A really good one goes for on ebay for about 60 plus shipping. Thats the shorted, and weighted one.

Ebay, they go for $40 plus shipping, I just bought a weighted, short leather one for $54 shipped on a website but I can't remember the name. It was in the interior section of the forum I believe that a member posted the link to it.
The one i bought looks awesome, I was really pleased with it for the price, it's an OEM bmw part as well.
Check the interior section, I'm sure you'll find it.
