WTB: Thermostat housing and power steering tensioner

I've got a stripped power steering belt tensioner and a thermostat housing with a corroded-off fitting. This is the daily transportation, so this is kind of urgent. If anyone has a parts car, especially near Chapel Hill/ Raleigh NC, please let me know. Thanks!
