Seat Bases, Seat Heater Wiring Harness

I am looking for a decent set of seat bases with as little rust and corrosion as possible. I need both the drivers side and passenger side. I really just want the bases, but will consider complete seats if you don't want to remove the bases. This would only be an option if the seats are in MD, DC or NoVa. I am willing to pay a fair price!

I also need a wiring harness for heated seats. With switches and console would be fantastic!
