WTB: o2 sensor - OEM or quality aftermarket

I'm not sure who's o2 sensors can be reliably spliced in on our cars... if someone has an OEM unit that works that would be great, otherwise I'd love some pointers on where to buy a quality part (bosch? or?) for a decent price.
