WTB E36 oil pan (NOT E34!)

I did some work on a bud's S52 E36 and cracked the oil pan while putting on the oil pan (don't ask). Anywho, I need an oil pan for it. I found one for $120 shipped on Ebay, I wanted to see if anyone could beat it.

Status: HG repair. 488wtq though!

is it an S52 one? the guy im buying it for doesn't want to have to mod it to get it to fit. I think you do for the S5o one.

I have one from an M52. It's the same oil pan that is used on the S52. They are the same part number.
