WTB: Knee bolster in Black for E30

I think it's called a knee bolster. Panel under steering column, above knees. Need one in Black w/ mounting clips for e30 m3.

i know there is a difference between the two bolsters, but i dont have both of them next to each other to compare. does the airbag bolster not fit on non-airbag cars, and vice versa? some clarification would be appreciated. thanks in advance.
