Those are the best route to take IMHO...

Everything else needed can be bought new for the rear. The only thing NLA is the front and rear brake calipers & carriers. Those are the holy grail. There is a solution to getting the rears to work by using e36 318ti rear carriers and e32 735 rear calipers and slighly modifying the carriers to have clearance for the rotor. The front carriers and calipers are the toughest part to overcome. Not sure if there is a swap part for them like can be done with the rear or not. I do however have a set of front carriers/calipers/stainless pistons I might part with...

i already have e36 front struts until I find e36 m3 front struts i like or modify the e36 ones, so I only need rear hubs and brake calipers from 318ti not fronts
