wtb: rear seat with armrest/ski bag

I am looking for a rear seat with the arm rest and ski bag. If the bottoms are all the same then I would like just the back portion of the seat. Tan Vinyl is preferred but I am not picky. Even something that is torn up would be ok and I will recover it.

have the ccomplete rear incl the bag in gray cloth from a 4-dr ie the bench is different from 2-dr.
also have the ac hoses.
