WTB: M10 bottom end

I am looking for a good condition m10 bottom end or complete with top end if price is cheap (I have a rebuilt head, spare manifold and oil pans already).

I just want clean block with good crank/rods and pistons that won't require new rings or block work. Something that is good enough for a rebuild head.

Local pick-up if possible.
