I'm having some issues where the starter solenoid routinely clicks, but does not engage fully or turn. Occasionally, it will start on its own, but lately that has been rare. I've had the battery tested at 2 different places, and it has checked out OK. I've had the starter off and tested at 1 place and it checked out OK as well. I've cleaned all possible electrical connections and grounds to no avail. At this point, unless someone has any ideas, I'm looking to buy a good used starter.
