Hi,
I'm planning to do the m50 swap pretty soon and my transmission is starting to sing to me, and pretty loudly at that. It still shifts perfectly but I'd like to go ahead and put a good one in while I'm doing the swap. Anybody got one they need to sell?

Now I can't find one when I need one. Is everyone blowing these by putting them behind huge engines or is it spec e30?

Ive got the right transmission for sale. I have two M3 transmissions I will do $500 shipped for one of them, or just meet you in SC and you can pick it up.

I know E30 M3's use the G265, and the OP needs a G260. What tranny does the ix use? Is it just some different variation of the 260?

Yeah, the actual casing is different (for the transfer case)
