I have a m20b25 complete bottom end has 80k. The head was pulled because timing belt snapped has been sitting for 2.5 yrs. make me a offer.sigpic -
I know it doesn't meet the criteria above, but I do have a leak-free B27 at the moment. It has lots of paperwork and roughly 150k miles should you want to attach a 325i head to it.

I still have mine sitting in my shop. The donor vehicle recieved an S50, so we pulled the M20 out. Ran great at the time of removal.East Tennessee Euro Werks
