    WTB 5-6k H1 HIDs

I unexpectedly picked up a set of non-smiley euro lights recently and need to get some H1 HIDs for them. I saw somebody on here a while back with 5k H1s but at the time I was sure I was gonna need the standard ones for the US.

Can't find reliable color charts for the colors though. I think 5k is almost pure white with a touch of blue right? But if you've got pictures in an E30, that'd be great. It's useless when people show them in giant reflectors on their corollas.

Here you go, 35w 5000k. Like you said. White, with a hint of blue.

I just ordered 6000k for the DD, so i can get some side-by-side comparision shots in a few weeks.

Awesome. Thanks. I look forward to the comparison. The only other color I've seen in person besides halogen in an E30 is 8k and that's too blue for me.

Yup, from DDMtuning. They crank out so many of these kits, they can afford to sell them so cheap. Mine work great.

And Jim at DDM is absolutely sick of the mark up that goes into H.I.D's. He actually plans on making them cheaper as well, and they come with a life time warranty.
