You should replace the valve as well because a bad one can kill the ISCR.

Yeah i cleaned the ICV out with some carb cleaner and scrubbed it with q tips. I can tell it's functional because unplugging it will send the car into open loop mode. Otherwise I have to wait until the car has been warmed/ driven a little before it goes into that mode.

Yeah $100 is what they are new... So i'm going to try and avoid that first and shoot for a used one
