WTB used or new shocks Found and IE3, B&G, Groundcontrol, H&R, etc... lowering springs.

From the pic looks like one of the boots is off. Is there any play between the tierods and the actual rack? What kind of condition are the tierod ends? How are the boots?. I dont want to replace a noisy worn-out rack with another in the same conditiion.

Silence, the Billys have been on my car for only 20k street miles in AZ. No rust, no dents, no bends, only a bit of dust. Strut/shock rods are bright and clean with no scoring or abnormal wear. Boots are intact. They do not leak, and both compression and rebound on all four is nice and tight. I'd put them back on my own car if I needed, but I have coilovers now. PM for further info.
