        Go to you local BMW dealer, walk over to parts department, telll the parts rep you need a rear plate filler fo an early model E30, give the cashier money and walk out with your part or wait for it to get there.

          actually... you might want to give them the part number... some of these stealership kids are monkeys the will look at you and tell you, that they dont ahve it. Just go with the proper part number to avoid confusion.
