The 0 261 200 027 ECU with the 28 pin EPROM is kind of rare and many people have never seen one. Shit, most people don't even know they were made with the 28 pin chips. I have a bunch of ECUs and I will check in the morning and see if I have another 28 pin unit as I have some that haven't been opened up yet.
The best way to contact me is always e-mail to germancarsonly@gmail.com

If ethree is willing to sell you one for $25 shipped than I won't waste my time to see if I have one for you.

cuz (and im a newb to these cars) i was informed that the 28 pin was better for chipping. if i was misinformed, then im sorry to waste everyones time.
ok... i did a little more research and asked some folks and found out i was misinformed. im sorry to waste anyone's time. i will probably pick up a spare just for the sake of having one though.Comment

As I said above most guys don't know that there were a few 0 261 200 027 ECU's made with the 28 pin EPROM. Here are photos of both motherboards. As far as I know there isn't a way to tell what MB is inside of the ECU from the outside.
