CD Changer Cable (or pin connectivity) TR1008 CM5908

Its a long shot, but looking for the rare 13 pin DIN to 8 pin DIN CD cable that would have come with the "slider radio" CM5908. Willing to pay of course.

I'd even pay a fee if you could help me map the pin to pin connections on your proper cable, assuming it was the early Alpine TR1008 CD changer cable.
Not interested in the Pioneer changers set up. I can make my own cable, its not rocket science, but I need to map the pins. It's not as obvious as it seems, even with both units on hand and taken apart for repair.

This is more or less what the cable would look like, but I'm pretty sure the pins will be all there for the 13 pin connector, and probably not those specific ones. This is a random photo just to show 13 pin and 8 pin configuration as the general shape.
