WTB: e30 sedan fenders, 5 speed swap, suspension, etc

Just purchased this 1989 Bronzit 325i sedan and am looking for:
•Left and right fenders, prefer bronzit but if they're in good condition will consider other colors
•Full late model 5 speed swap
•Bronzit hood and trunk if paint/clear is good
•someone with a rust free car that can cut out the rear valance for me
•possibly looking for full suspension before I buy new
