    YouTube acount

New YouTube users cannot upload videos longer than ten minutes in duration.
However some older accounts can (see grandfather clause here).

If you have an older YouTube account, one that allows you to upload videos longer than ten minutes, please contact me.
Especially if you don't use your account to upload videos.
I would really be able to get good use out of it.

*Note, I am not a bootlegger.
I am a videographer looking for a way to share my originally-produced content online.
I have applied for the YouTube Partner Program, but I'm not a major network so I don't know how good my chances of acceptance will be.

When was the cutoff date for this older account? The one I have is over 3 years old. Not sure I want to give it up though.

              Turbo and Company -

The cut-off for the grandfathered accounts seems to be around Summer 2006.
The surefire way to check is to use the YouTube uploader application to upload a 15 minute video. If your long vid goes live (and if you're no longer using your account) please contact me.

No black ops going on here, I'm just an E30 owner looking to make use of an extended access YouTube account beyond commenting and saving favorites.

Yeah veoh lets you go long, but you're capped at 1 gig file size.
I'm holding out for an old unused YouTube account.
Ask your friends, ask around please.
