Updated to OS 3.0, unlocked and jail broken. Has an apple care plan until 4/10. few nicks on the top on the back side of the phone, screen is nice though.
Would like to get an ebay price, I see them going for about $230 without apple care. I think $250 would be a fair price based on whats left on the plan.
