Maintenance and Roundel Decals

got your PM and replied back. I will post reply here for everyone's benefit if you are okay with posting your idea. But it will definitely give people new ideas and show them what I can do.

Please keep in mind I don't keep the forum open during business hours even though I do have orders here (i know it's somewhat careless) but when I get on the forum I start looking for parts and end up reading and posting for a couple hours =*( so it's non-productive lol.

yeah, I kinda like to keep it quiet for the time being. Once i have them in hand I'll post some installed pics, and you can post your pics of the production process if thats ok with you.

FYI to everyone:

the front and back roundels are SLIGHTLY different size so when you want front and back just tell me you want a set and what color etc.

Okay, played with the Alpina print....I've got a full day with my family today so i'm leaving production room today and come back later...

akorcovelos: working on ur decal tonight or tomorrow if i can sorry I didn't have time to play with which direction i'm going to finish it had other prints and customers i had to go meet with till yesterday.

Custom Color decal for someone has been printed as well, I should be able to send those out tomorrow.

I will try to upload and post pix tonight and tomorrow.

Are you using Orajet 3651 or better media and eco-sol max inks? What type of printer? What brand laminate and type you using? Yes - inquiring mind of a fellow sign and graphics professional :D

akorcovelos: Yours is the only one I haven't finalized, I've been busy and wanted to play with that die-cut rather than print. But I do have the print, I can send you a "proof" of how I layed it out. PM me your email/IM or what not.

as far as the other decals that have been requested, they have been mailed in the past 2 days and if any other requests for the standard colors come in today I can mail it out when I get back to production this afternoon if not tomorrow morning.

I'm looking forward to picture posts :P

3651 is too thin for this application, and yes eco-sol inks. Lam I can't recall off the top of my head, but thinking of buying a seal or royal sov soon...but not for this type of job, unless this takes off as a 1000 set thing a week it will not pay for my seal/RS :P
