The xbox is only about a month old... just don't play it as much as I thought I would, plus my roommate has one too... so now we have two in our room. It is the xbox 360 elite (the black one with a 120GB hard drive). It is pristine. It comes with all of the original packaging and the original receipt, so it is safe under microsoft warranty.
