okay so I checked the starter today used a screwdriver to see if it would just spin..... its seized. so I'm going to pull it and get a new one and see if that will do the trick otherwise need to look more into the wiring to the ecu.

if starter is good and battery isnt charging, check the alternator, otherwise i'd look at the battery. if you take the battery to autozone they will test it for free

do you have a multimeter? go test the battery voltage. you could have a bad battery, or a dead battery. next i would look at the starter

okay ya everything works. the lights on the dash the obc the system check panel above the rear view mirror, the headlights all the accessory stuff is working. only thing I know that is not kicking on is the fuel pump but I don't know if this is because of a wire on the c104 that is suppose to control and bridge the main relay and fuel pump relay...

which I will try connecting and tracking down tomorrow.
Also yes the car is a 5 speed.

if the solenoid gets fucked up enough it's possible for the starter to not work at all.

anyway, since your CEL is turning on then your main relay is also turning on. assuming this is a 5 speed car, i would try to roll start it. do the lights on the dash do anything when you turn the key? if a battery gets dead enough it wont engage the starter at all.

ya starter is good.even if it were bad wouldn't it in theory crank just not be able to turn motor over all the way? yes the check engine light is coming on. I had to splice in the c101 into the square fuse box harness and they all should be correct cause i used the diagram provided on here.

okay, so starting from the obvious, are you sure the starter is good? also, is the check engine light illuminating?

Basically I turn the key and get a click from 2 relays that's it.. those relays are k5 and k7 they are unloader relays...
It wont crank over or anything...

    !!!wtp someone who can help!!!!!

Okay I don't know where to post this I mean I was thinking about the platonic section in cragslist... lol
I don't want to have my car towed to a shop because I don't want to be raped on something I know isn't going to be that hard to figure out, for some one that knows there stuff. I have a 2.7i in my 85 I'm using a harness out of a 89. Everything that should have power has power I have tried all the test and what not but it is just clicking relays on and that is it. I don't fully understand wiring diagrams to figure out what is missing to get the car running. I'm running out of time driving my gf's car around. If some one is possibly free tomorrow or Sunday im willing to pay 150-200$ to help figure out what is wrong the car.It is in lake forest about 10 mins from Irvine. There's got to be some one willing to help a member out and see a car running.
    Thanks
    Ian
