1961 Honda Dream 305 - CLASSIC BIKE

Ok guys this bike is officially 50 years old this year and its time for it to move to a new owner.

A little history:
-My friend bought it about 14 months ago.
-It sat in a school parking lot for 8 months.
-he asked me to get it running
-I did a bunch of work on it
--rewired the ignition and headlight
--got a new key (old was broken)
--fixed the brake light
--new tires
--new battery
--rebuilt the carb
--changed the oil
--installed fuel filter
--rebuilt air filter
-I got paid for my work and gave it back to him
-he didnt really ride it more than once a week for a short time for about 6 months
-he came across issues and had to go back to houston for family reasons
-he left the bike here and asked me to sell it for him

So now I am going to sell it for him.

Looking for 1200 cash. The bike will come with a bill of sale. it hasnt actually been registered with anyone for 10 years but the DMV says it was never stolen and has a clean record. Also last owner lived in Fort Worth.

the bike is ready to hit the street but is definitely a restoration project - not perfect, but it runs and drives.

NOTE: I am going to reform the battery cover some time this week.

NOTE2: I have done all the work on the bike myself so I can answer any questions you guys may have so just let me know.

unfamiliar with the foot controls on these, what is that aft of the footpeg on the shifter side

like the guy said so you can shift with your heel if you prefer.
