Just bought a 160 GB so I won't be needing this one anymore. It's in near-mint condition, I've always kept it in a case and it works 100%. I will wipe it before sending out, or if you'd like, I'll keep some songs on there for you. It will come with brand new headphones (I don't need the ones that came with my new iPod).

Except mine has the typical headphone jack problem, and I purposely took 300grit sandpaper to the back. No scratches anywhere I didnt want them though! Always in a case with screen protector
