SoCal: WTB: Ford heads

just looking for some ford small block heads for my 351 windsor. preferably w/ valvetrain assembled and not warped or previously decked. just looking for something stock that'll bolt on and allow me to finally finish this build. hit me with what uve got

yeah ive been back and forth on there too. there was a nice roller kit on this small block in this guys bronco but hes asking 650 for the rocker arms and the aluminium heads assembled but im not trying to spend 650 on aluminium heads to go on my flat tappet block so i might go to that if dont find anything local but id rather not.

I'll see what I can find, I have a few old Ford connections... Whats your budget and complete heads for a 351?

well iv gotten a few $3-400 offers so im working on getting that much of a budget but right now my spending limit is really more around 1 to 2. im not really looking for anything extreeme as it is going on a stock flat tappet block. just a pair of windsor heads. i have rocker arms i can take off of my old motor, its just the valves and springs i dont want to have to go through the trouble of measuring in order to match. so at minimum valves and springs assembled.

Sorry, but i'm not up on my Ford stuff. But will 351C heads work? My buddy just built a 408 stroker and got Trick Flow heads. And still has the original 4v heads.

i dont believe so. different configuration and the cleveland is a big block where as the windsor is a small block. thanks though :p
