Hello everybody, I've had an idea to make a lamp out of a camshaft for quite some time now, and a few days ago, I finally got to it and made it. It came out great and I really like it, but unfortunately, I need just a bit more $$$ to finish up paying for exhaust for my M50 swap, so the lamp, though it is VERY cool, has to go. The first picture is of the lamp in the garage right after I finished building it, and the rest are of the lamp in my house on an end table with a few different lamp shades I found off of other lamps that looked OK. I would be OK with shipping it, but I have absolutely no idea how to ship this without it being damaged or destroyed. If you are interested in having it shipped, let me know and we can discuss it, but I would much prefer that it is picked up locally. I'd like to get about $175 out of it. I haven't gotten a lamp shade for it, but the one that I have had in mind for quite some time is a simple black cylinder so as not to take the focus away from the lamp. It does not include a lamp shade, so you are free to use whatever lampshade your heart desires.
