It's 10 days for a handgun in Cali. and you walk into any legit gun shop as antsy as you are acting on here, and they are likely to deny you sale. It's their discretion.

Even if a member from here sells one, you need a dealer to do the ffl transfer.

Like a previous member said, we are likely going to see something bad come of this on the news.

If I agree to sell you one of mine.

I have to ship it, not to you but to YOUR FFL over night and declared via UPS or FED Ex which You will pay for. You then go to them, fill out your paper work, and pay them for that. Once approved you then get to serve your 10 day waiting period on hand guns in CA before you can take delivery.

If you get flagged for some reason, or (as mentioned) the dealer thinks you are shady (like you are trying to be on here) he wont transfer you the weapon. In that case I dont give a fuck as I sold the weapon and I have my money, but because you are so antsy, ignorant of you local laws and trying to circumvent what you know of them. I would not sell to you in the 1st place.

you can go outta state to buy a weapon but since you are wanting a pistol you will still have to have it shipped to you home state and a FFL location there and fill out all the paper work and still wait you 10 day hold in CA. Federal law states you can only take delivery of a hand gun in your home state, and if bought outta your home state you must have it shipped to your home state and go though a FFL there.

You made a thread in the middle of the day and posted every hour about how we are not responding.

Oh, and good luck with your purchase! And for the sake of yourself, and everyone around you, please learn how to properly handle/shoot/store the gun.

taking the safety as soon as i pick the thing up. i know about handling and shooting and storage, as of yet i dont have a lockbox. but i will soon. the reason i made a thread in the middle of the day is because they blocked facebook on our work computers, so i browse r3v all day instead :-)
