I bought this RV a little while ago with the intention of living in it for the rest of the summer, but I found a cheap sublet, and I really need a 4x4 or some other suitable winter vehicle/dd so I can continue to improve the e30. So, here is what I said in my local listing on Craigslist, verbatim;
For sale I have a 1973 Dodge Sportsman motor home / RV. It runs & drives, has a dodge 360 with RV cam, 3 beds, 3-burner stove, oven, shower/bathroom, propane furnace/water heater, and lots of storage space. It would make a great tail gating machine, party bus, hunting base camp, road tripper, ski trip chalet, weekend escape machine, or whatever else you wanted to do with it. It has 67xxx miles, and the motor runs strong. It does need the carburetor adjusted/rebuild, and probably transmission & differential flushed, but I drove it a round a fair bit & it could be great with a little work. The living area needs a new water pump for the sinks/shower, but the original unit is still in the vehicle & a replacement can be had for less than $100. It probably could use a new deep cycle battery. Tires are ok, a little dry, but hold air & have plenty of tread. The interior is also in OK shape, the upholstery is a bit faded and worn, and some of the trim could use some cleaning up, but again with a bit of tlc this could be a great little toy. I am open to offers, as the vehicle has some issues, so OBO away. For the right person this is a cool project. Comes with some spare parts, hookups for power & draining. I would also consider a trade for a 4x4 SUV, AWD station wagon, or other similar capable winter vehicle. Check out the pics!
And here are the pics;

I'll be happy to field any questions as best I can, I have had several lookers, & 1 seriously interested buyer, but I figure I'd give r3v a shot at it as well.
