FS: PIER 1 couch and chair

I have a Pier 1 leather three person couch and side chair in an attractive chocolate brown color. They both are in good condition and have minor wear due to usage. I'd give the couch 8.0 out of 10 rating and the side chair a 9.0. The cushions are still firm and both pieces of furniture still have a lot of life in them. They are modern/urban and ideal for smaller livingrooms such as apartments. Price is $700.00 OBO. Thanks
