    1981 Honda CT110 - Enfield, NH

This may be a little odd ball for this forum, but I've decided to sell my recently acquired toy as another project bike has caught my eye.

The details (copied from my CL ad):

1980/81 Honda Trail 110. Single cylinder 110cc, 4-speed semi-automatic. Just under 3000 miles (but I ride it, so consider that a ballpark)

Recently resurrected from long term storage and brought back to road worthiness.

New carburetor, air filter, oil change, spark plug, lights all around.

New headlight bucket, rear turn signals, and 6V battery, brush/crash guard, adjustable rear shocks. Brand New Muffler! ($$$).

Cleaned up the wiring mess inherited from the previous owner, it now matches the factory wiring diagram exactly and the electrics work great. The rectifier has been replaced with a more reliable radio shack solid state version, improving battery charging.

Runs and drives great, passed inspection last month. Great bike to commute to work on or bomb around the back roads. Until you actually ride it, you'll have no idea how much fun it really is. It will keep up with traffic @ 40 mph. I've been getting about 75-80 mpg. I've had some fun with it but another project has caught my attention. Could use a fresh paint job if you're anal, but I actually like how it looks now.

Asking $1000 OBO. Lots of money invested so please do not send low ball offers. PM me for contact info, feel free to ask questions in this thread so everyone can see the answer.

Thanks, once you get used to carrying your momentum it'll cruise the dirt roads faster than may be safe. It's a blast, but I want to convert my XS650 into scrambler style bike and need money to buy the wheels.

Given that, I'd be interested in trading for an XS650 standard (not special) parts bike or maybe a Honda CL175.

Still for sale, I'm past the point of needing quick funds for my project bike so I'll consider other trades (motorcycles, winter cars, gaming laptop, try me).
