WTB: RROD/broken Xbox 360

Does anyone have a broken Xbox 360, thats in good shape physically? I need all the cables and the controllers (really the ones that came with it originally)...just in case I won't be able to fix it....at least I can keep the cables and controllers from one I buy later.

dude, just get it fixed completely free with the warranty. they have it back to you in less than 2 weeks.

did you try to file a warranty claim on xbox.com? the warranty carries over...

The red ring of death is covered by a 3 year warranty.

i called and they said it was not registerd to me originally so.... not a free fix. i tried to file online, same thing with a 19$ discount or something. I just took it apart and fucked with it though and it seems to be working. We shall see.
