Some wheels/tires for sale (including R-Comps)

    Guys and gals,

Thinking of getting rid of some of my wheels.

First one is Borbet 15X7 with Fusion ZRI - have some thread left. Used these as means to drive the car to the track, then switched to R-comps. Now trailer the car so no point in keeping them. I'm thinking $500 for the whole thing.

Second is pretty light weight set of 15X6.5 with Hancook 214 on them. This is Hancooks alternative to shaved RA1s. These have about 8 heat cycles on them and plenty of rubber left for 2-3 more weekends (or more, depends on your driving). Another $500 for these. I like running these, but they are not Spec E30 legal. These would be great for anybody tracking there E30.

Here is a pic of the 15X6.5 on the car.

These are the Borbet - I know crappy angle. I'll take some more pics if anybody is interested.

Everything is in Charlotte. Let me know if you have any questions.

I see Borbet going for 350-400 with no tires or very crappy tires, so figured 500 is ok for decent set. R-Comps were over $400 shipped to my door a few weekends ago, so I know you'd be hard pressed to find a lightweight wheel set with some meaty R-Comps for $500.

Out of curiousity.. how are the fuzion's? You ever autocrossed or anything on them before? I have the Fuzion HRI's and they suck for anything more than a spirited mountain drive.

I used them as a rain tire and getting to and from the track. They actually did really well. At one of the local time trial event the car got fast time of the day on them. I don't think HRI are as aggressive? (my Fuzion knowledge is limited).

                  Offset

What is the offset of the Borbets?

Sorry, didn't see the post. I'll need to check the actual wheels and see what they say.

Somebody else might know, from what I understand these are pretty common in E30 world.
