I am glad that buying them from TR worked for you, but to get back to your smart-ass questions, yes, I do know where PR is located.

Having shipped about 50 sets of wheels and/or tires (mounted, tires alone, and wheels alone), and having shipped about 25-30 international shipments, I can tell you that each has their challenges, and the combination of the two would make the proposition unattractive to me, if I were the seller.

It is not about the cost- it is about the PITA that shipping to PR (yes, even as a US Territory) can be.

I have shipped to Guam and PR on multiple occasions, and it just isn't worth the trouble most of the time.

I was not trying to tell the seller what to do- just posting my opinion.

To answer your other question, a 205 or 225 will work fine on a 15x8. If I went with a 15x8, I'd have strongly considered a 225, unless there was a tire that I really wanted that did not come in 225.
