    I have a set of real Alpinas up for grab. The condition is 6/10 with some bents. Sorry for non-pro pictures...

    Size: 16x7 offset 24
    Tire: Nitto NEO GEN 205/50/16 (8/32" Tread Depth)
    Bolt Pattern: 4x100

                    but it's ok you only make the wheel look like shit and trash the lip.

                      Isn't a Static Balance done in the middle of the rim. Its called a Dynamic Balance. My point was it doesn't make much of a difference in balance besides scratching your painted rims from the clips.

                              Could you do me a big favor (since no one else on here will do it) and take a picture of the back side of the cap and how it locks into the hub of the wheel?

                              I've got 16" Hartge's that don't have locks and I'm wanting to get some ideas.
